Former president/mayor. She wins the award for the most amount of money stolen from Ellendale. Check out the audit in the document section of our website!

Former treasurer. She was labeled “treasurer” but she ran the show Jan 2022-Jan 2024, Her husband happened to be president/mayor at the same time. The best label for her is “racist.” She nearly cost the town a lawsuit by demonstrating clear racism.

Mr. Panas wins the award for the biggest snake in the grass. He is the current president/mayor. He was super friendly and outgoing before he won and now he speaks to no one unless they are in his tiny circle of friends. He is holding secret meetings with the vice president that should be public and secret votes that should be public. He is also known to share sensitive information with his wife that was discussed in Executive Session He HAS to go. Also, he is in favor of changing the town’s no felony or misdemeanors when serving on council so his friend can run for council. I will discuss that in another page!

Current vice president and the stupidest micro-manager that I have ever had the displeasure to meet. I placed him here because he is in all of the secret meetings and votes with Tom Panas. He’s another snake in the grass. Also, he is in favor of changing the town’s no felony or misdemeanors when serving on council so his friend can run for council. I will discuss that in another page!

Former president/mayor and the husband of Lisa Workman. Mike was never around so Lisa took the reigns. Mike is in the Air Force and his wife’s antics nearly cost him his job with the military.

Former vice president when Lisa Workman was running the show. However, she only made it as VP Jan 2022-Oct 2022. However, she is now the “Community Outreach Coordinator.” AKA “I do whatever I want, say whatever I want to say, know things about the town that I shouldn’t, control every committee, tell EVERYONE how they should be doing their job, etc.” Basically, GOD. She is running this town with Tom and Clay’s aid. I don’t know how to fix this town’s committee situation because she has taken over all of them.

Current “Member at large” AKA he shows up to the meetings once a month and that’s it. I have a bigger problem with the control freak he is with his family but that’s for another time. Also, he is in favor of changing the town’s no felony or misdemeanors when serving on council so his friend can run for council. I will discuss that in another page!

I do not know Sam Noto very well. He is odd. That is the best description that I can come up with for him. He goes to town hall every day for several hours. He sits in the small office doing who knows what and runs to the printer every 5 minutes. He is the secretary and spends every work day at town hall but could not get the minutes for the previous month’s meeting completed. He is an anomaly. I don’t know what he is truly up to.

Bill is new to council as of January 2025. He won by other council members running a smear campaign against Aaron Moore. According to Bill, he is going to make Ellendale so wonderful; however, as treasurer, he could not even get the month’s treasury report complete. So far, I see nothing that he is done. He sits at council meetings and says nothing. We need more than a place holder.

Former clerk. She has quit and came back more times than I can count. Currently, she is considered “Former clerk.” She is what is commonly known as a “Know it all.” Literally, there is nothing she doesn’t know. I am sure she knows everything in every language. She can be very snarky and plain rude. She ignores the office phone when it is ringing during business hours. She makes no sense to me. I feel she does know enough behind the scenes to totally bring Ellendale to its knees. Maybe she will use her knowledge to wake this town up and shut it down at the same time. This town needs a major overhaul.
